2nd attach: Icy Wind - 1 water, and 1 normal energy are needed for this attack, which deals 20HP damage plus if you flip a coin and get heads, the defending pokemon is then put to sleep.

Comment: A nice simple drawing featuring the Pokemon in the very center of the artwork, and it's respective type which is water, in the background.
Over-all Rating: 2/5
Comment: This card isn't the best in terms of using it for strategy or any big moves. This would only really be useful at the start of a match until you can build up to evolving it into a dewgong.
