The attack is Ozone Buster which needs 2 fire, 1 electric, and 1 normal energy to use. Discard all Fire Energy attached to Rayquaza & Deoxys LEGEND. So that's the only downfall, you have to get rid of all your fire energies on this card, but, the attack does 150HP damage. This card is 2x weak against Normal-Psycic types, with no resistance, and needs 3 normal energies to retreat.
