Today's Card of the Day is Sandile preview card from the new starter tins. It is a fighting type (ground in-game) and has 70HP. The first attack is Sand Tomb, which is also used in the game, and it reads; The Defending Pokemon can't retreat during your opponent's next turn. So, along with 10HP damage, the opponent's pokemon is not allowed to be switched out with another for 1 turn. This attack needs 1 fighting energy. The second attack is Bite, which needs 1 fighting, and 2 colourless energies, and does 30HP damage. Sandile is 2x weak to water, being a ground type, and is 2x resistant to electric attacks, as they have no effect on ground types in-game. Retreat cost is 2 colourless energies.
