DIALGA G - PLATINUM SET
Today's card of the day is Dialga G from Platinum. It is a Steel type and has 100HP. The first attack is Deafen; Your opponent can't play any Trainer cards or Stadium cards from his or her hand during your opponent's next turn. Not bad, and you have to attach 1 Steel, and 1 colourless energy to use. This attack does 2 things. It takes 10HP, plus it disables the ability for the opponent to play Trainer or Stadium cards that may otherwise help them out. The 2nd attack is Second Strike, which requires 1 Steel, and 2 colourless energies to use. If the Defending Pokemon already has 2 or more damage counters on it, this attack does 50 damage plus 20 more damage. Nice attack over all. This means, say the opponent's pokemon has 20HP damage (2 hit counters) at minimum, then this attack will hit them with 50HP plus another 20HP damage. Coming up to a grand total of 70HP damage. This isn't too bad for a regular set card. Dialga is 2x weak against fire, 2x resistant to psycic, and needs 2 colourless energies to retreat.
