PICHU!

Type: Electricity

Abilities: Static - Opponent has 30% chance of being paralyzed from contact

Dream world: Lightning rod - Absorbs all electric attacks, thus, no electric attacks can do damage, and this raises Pichu's Special attack by one stage.

Class: Tiny Mouse Pokemon

Weight: 4.4lbs - Height: 1'

Capture Rate: 190 - Egg steps: 2,560

Weakness: Ground

Evolution Chain:

Pichu - Lv up w/happiness value at 220 - Pikachu - Thunderstone - Raichu

Personal thoughts:

Pichu isn't really built for serious battles. It's basically a set-up for some possible attacks with Pikachu. This said, Pichu adds even more "cuteness" to Pikachu's looks and values. The best place for a Pichu to excel and be, is the Contest Hall, most likely in the "cute" category only. Use at own risk in a battle.
